1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TheLineupInsider service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including both free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. Service Description

TheLineupInsider provides email alerts about NBA player absences. When a player is ruled out for an upcoming game, we send an email notification to our subscribers with relevant details.

The Service is designed to provide timely information that may be useful for sports analysis and betting decisions. However, we make no guarantees about the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of our alerts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You are not prohibited by law from using services related to sports betting information
  • You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial and Email Verification

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. To prevent abuse and ensure you own the email address, you must verify your email by clicking the verification link we send you. Once verified, you will receive full access to our alert service during the trial period. No payment information is required to start the trial. Unverified email addresses will be deleted after 24 hours.

4.2 Subscription Fee

After the free trial, the Service costs 39.95 USDC per month. Payment is made in cryptocurrency (USDC or equivalent in BTC) to the wallet addresses we provide.

4.3 Payment Process

To subscribe, you send payment to our designated wallet address and confirm the transaction with us via Telegram or Instagram. Upon verification, we activate your subscription.

4.4 Subscription Period

Each payment covers 30 days of service from the date of activation. Your subscription does not automatically renew. To continue receiving alerts, you must make a new payment before your current period expires.

4.5 Refunds

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments and the immediate delivery of our digital service, all payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience significant technical issues preventing you from receiving alerts, please contact us to discuss your situation.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee that all alerts will be 100% accurate or delivered before betting lines change. Player status can change rapidly, and there may be delays or errors in our reporting.

No Guarantee of Profit

Using our Service does not guarantee any betting profits. Sports betting involves significant risk, and you can lose money. Past performance or example scenarios do not guarantee future results.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide a valid email address for receiving alerts
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including gambling laws

  • Not share your subscription with others
  • Not redistribute, resell, or publicly share our alerts without permission
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Technical maintenance or updates
  • System failures or outages
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
  • NBA off-season periods (reduced or no alerts)

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheLineupInsider shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or betting losses
  • Damages arising from reliance on our alerts or information
  • Damages resulting from delays, errors, or inaccuracies in our alerts

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheLineupInsider and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws
  • Any betting activities you undertake

12. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid period.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our Service or other users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
